A very unusual 19th century Staffordshire porcelain figure of a Monkey, depicted as a Dairy Maid using a Butter Churn, on a pale yellow scroll moulded base with two penholders.
Illegible gilt inscription/title to front of base.
Height : 4¼” (11cm)
Condition : Restoration to the neck only.
Star crack to underside of base. Wear to gilding from use.
