Shipping costs for most items are calculated at the ‘checkout’ page, many items have ‘free’ shipping.
Most items can be shipped Worldwide, carefully packed and insured, at reasonable cost, multiple items can often be combined in one shipment and any excess shipping payment can be refunded, subject to size and weight limits.
Parcels are usually packed and sent within 3 days of order (depending on payment)
Most items are sent via Parcelforce Worldwide using ‘Global Priority’ , Fedex or UPS ( 7-10 days)
Small items worldwide are sent by Royal Mail ‘International Tracked’ or ‘Tracked & Signed’.
Parcels within the UK are sent by Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’, ‘1st class Signed’ or UPS

Trade discount of at least 10% is available to genuine trade and interior design buyers, this varies from item to item and also with the number of items and the total purchase price.

Any item may be returned (in the condition purchased) within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied, for a full refund of the purchase price (not including return postage.)
