Unusual English Porcelain Bread Dish

Description

A very unusual 19th century English porcelain rectangular bread tray or cheese coaster? Decorated with a panel of hand painted polychrome flowers within an underglaze blue border with fine gilding.

Date: circa 1820
Length : 12⅛” (31cm)
Width : 4¾” (12cm)
Condition : Good, just some wear to the gilding from use. No damage or restoration.
