A very scarce 19th century Staffordshire porcelain ‘Monkey Band’ figure of ‘The Flautist’
Inspired by the famous Meissen porcelain Monkey band figures, originally modelled by J. J Kaendler
Date: circa 1840
Height : 6¼” (16cm)
Condition : Restoration to left fingers, part of flute & right thumb.
