Pair of C19th Staffordshire Pearlware Musician Figures.

Description

Early 19th century pair (possibly matched?) of Staffordshire pottery figures of seated musicians, on raised  scroll moulded bases with small floral and leaf bocage.
Pearlware decorated with overglaze enamel colours.
Possibly by Wood & Caldwell, Burslem.
Date: circa 1825
Height : 6½” (16.5cm)
Condition : Male figure is in excellent condition with just a few tiny chips. The female figure has lost the end of the lute/mandolin, some chips to leaves and flaking to enamel on base. NO restoration on either figure.
