Pair of 18th century Bow porcelain seated female figures with flowers and corn, emblematic of Spring & Summer from a set of the four seasons.
Anchor and Dagger marks, painted in red.
Date: circa 1765
Height : 6½” (16.5cm)
Condition : Overall condition is quite good, with some fairly good restoration: SPRING: Restored break to right wrist, little finger, one rear foot of the base. Some unrestored chips and losses to flowers and leaves. SUMMER: Some restoration to corn and sickle, some unrestored chips and losses to flowers and leaves.
