A good quality & attractive pair of Staffordshire porcelain figures of a Sheep Shearer and his femal companion with sheep being sheared and waiting.. on raised circular mound bases decorated with mixed enamel colours and gilding.
Attributed to James Dudson., Hanley, Stoke on Trent.
Date: circa 1835-40
Height : 5⅛” (13cm)
Condition : Overall condition is very good with just very minor restoration to chips on the man’s hat and the ram’s left horn. No other damage or restoration.
