A very decorative 19th century Minton porcelain large vase, decorated in the Chelsea style with finely painted panels of country scenes & small reserves of flowers and birds, against a rich ‘rose pink’ ground with elaborate gilding.
Large ‘gold anchor’ mark to underside of base.

Condition: Hairline from the rim into the neck (possibly from a firing crack). Drilled hole in base (for lamp conversion) tiny chip to edge of base. No restoration.
