Late 18th century English pottery tea bowl & saucer of shallow ‘Ogee’ profile, with delicately moulded fluting, decorated with hand painted polychrome flowers and dotted, wavy line border patterns.
Earthenware with a ‘Pearlware ’ glaze.
Date: circa 1795
Diameter of saucer: 5” (12cm)
Condition : A very fine radial stress crack on one side of the saucer, a few minute glaze losses on the rim. No restoration at all.
