A large and very decorative early 19th century English porcelain boat shaped comport or centrepiece, profusely decorated with ‘Egyptian Revival’ style motifs in burnished gilding within an orange & black ‘key’ pattern border.

Condition: Section broken from the rim, reglued with a ‘museum’ type repair (see detailed photographs) Very slight wear to gilding on the rim.
