Unusual Army 19th century Staffordshire pottery figure of a hunter/sportsman holding a gun, a duck held in his left hand.
Standing on a square plinth base with relief moulded acanthus leaves.
Pearlware decorated with overglaze enamel colours.
Date: circa 1810
Height : 7¾” (19.7cm)
Condition : Minor restoration to feathers and chip on hat, small chip on nose, tiny base chips and a few paint flakes.
