Early 19th century Staffordshire pottery large figure of a Reading Maid, seated on a grassy mound base with square plinth. (Made without bocage)
Pearlware decorated with overglaze enamel colours.
Date: circa 1830
Height : 9¼” (23.5cm)
Condition : Good overall condition with just very minor restoration to the comb in her hair. A few small chips, abrasions and flakes to enamels. (See photos)
