Early Staffordshire Pottery Cockerel.

Description

A good quality early 19th century Staffordshire pearlware pottery large model of a cockerel, made with adetachable head. Decorated with overglaze enamel colours.
Date: c1820
Height : 8⅞” (22.5cm)
Condition : Small restoration to chipped feathers on the edge of the neck and just one of the ‘spurs’. No other damage or restoration.
