A good quality early Staffordshire pottery portrait bust of Sir Isaac Newton, on a waisted, simulated marble socle.
Impressed ‘Newton’ (x3) to reverse of socle.
Date: circa 1820
Height : 9⅛︎” (23.2cm)
Condition : Very good condition, just a few glaze chips and some surface wear. No restoration.
