Unusual early 19th century Spode porcelain plate, decorated with a circular panel of figures beside a cottage with water wheel, ‘bat printed’ in gold.
Pattern number ‘1703’ in gold.
Date: circa 1812
Diameter : 7ΒΌ” (18.5cm)
Condition : Good, just a little wear to the gilt rim. A few very faint stress lines visible on the underside.
