Description
Early 18th century Chinese export porcelain tea/wine pot & cover, decorated with panels of flowering plants and scattered insects, in ‘famille verte’ enamels.
Fitted with a brass replacement handle neatly bound with woven rattan and a turned metal replacement knop to the lid.
Kangxi period (1662-1722)
Date: circa 1710-20
Height : 6⅝” (17.5cm)
Condition : Original handle & knop missing, no other damage & no restoration, just some surface wear from use.
