Early 19th century English porcelain plate, decorated with a hand painted  scene of a watermill and related buildings in a mountainous landscape, within a broad gilt line border.
Inscribed : ‘Mill nr Llanwrst, N. Wales’ painted in red.
Attributed to Wedgwood (bone-china) and possibly the work of the artist John Cutts.
Date: circa 1812-15
Diameter :  8¼” (21cm)
Condition : Glued break across centre of plate (see photos) Some glaze spitting.

AD Comment: A lovely watermill scene, nicely painted. Wedgwood bone-china of this period is quite scarce. Value in good condition: £ 150-£200
