18th century Derby porcelain candlestick figure of Mars, depicted as a Roman Centurion, standing on an elaborate scroll moulded base with good quality applied flowers to the tree support for the candle sconce.
(Sconce is 18th century Derby but probably not original to this figure)
Date: circa 1765
Height : 11” (28cm)
Condition : Left hand missing, small losses to flowers, leaves and tip of flag. Crack and some wear to the sconce.
