A near pair of 18th century Bow porcelain figures of ‘The new Dancers, standing on scroll moulded bases, raised on scroll moulded feet, with elaborate floral and leaf bocage.
Female figure marked with ‘Anchor & Dagger’ in red, to underside of base.
Date: circa 1765
Height : 9” (23cm)
Condition : BOY: Some old restoration to: back of base, feathers, right hand, left wrist & thumb, some leaves & flowers. GIRL: Old restoration to: One foot of base and central scroll, both hands, some leaves & flowers. Some unrestored losses to leaves etc. Please see photos.
