Description
An unusual early 18th century Chinese export porcelain miniature ‘lighthouse’ shape, side handled chocolate pot ( or small oil/vinegar pot?) Decorated in typical ‘Imari style with underglaze blue, iron red & gilding.
Date: circa 1720
Height : 3⅛” (8cm)
Condition : Just a small chip on the edge of the base. Two original ‘firing/shrinkage’ cracks to the rim. No lid. No restoration.
