Description
A very decorative 18th century Chinese export porcelain bell shape mug with hand painted underglaze blue decoration, over painted (‘clobbered) in Europe in the early 19th century with iron red, green & yellow enamels.
Qianlong period.
Circa : 1760.
Height : 5⅛” (13cm)
Condition: Faint crack through top of handle, chip inside the rim and a ‘bruise’ on the opposite side.
