18th century Caughley soft paste porcelain teapoy and cover, with fluted ovoid body. Decorated with scattered flower sprays in underglaze blue and gilding.
‘S’ mark in underglaze blue.
Date: c 1785
Height : 4⅜” (11cm)
Condition : Small chip and a tiny bruise to rim, small chip to rim of cover. Slight wear to gilding. No restoration.
