A Karakuri Hirado porcelain Netsuke of a Monkey dressed as a Sambaso dancer, with ‘nodding’ head and protruding tongue….
Edo period (1615-1868)
Date: 19th century.
Height : 3¾” (9.5cm)
Condition : Good, just a small chips at the back of his collar (possibly a firing flaw?) No restoration.
