Dr Wall or 1st period, Worcester porcelain large fluted coffee cup, boldly *decorated with alternating claret and turquoise stripes with swags of flowers in chiselled gilding.
Square mark in underglaze blue.
*redecorated in the 19th century.
Date: (the porcelain) circa 1768-70
Height : 2⅞︎” (7.3cm)
Condition : Very good, minute wear to gilding. No damage or restoration.
