A good mid 18th century Staffordshire saltglazed stoneware sauceboat, with crisp relief moulding of pastoral scenes with sheep and cattle, against a diaper ground with prunus blossom etc, picked out in bright polychrome enamels.

Length : 6½” (16.5cm)
Condition: Good, just minor restoration to two short hairlines near the lip
