An Unusual 18th century Derby porcelain small figure of a girl holding a flower, with corn in her apron and standing beside a bee skep. Emblematic of ‘Summer’ from a set of ‘Rustic Seasons’.
* this appears to be an unrecorded variant, this figure usually has flowers in her apron to represent Spring.

Date: circa 1765
Height : 4¾” (12cm)
Condition : Overall condition is very good, just tiny chips and losses to petals etc, some surface wear. (See photos) No restoration
