A good quality c18th century Derby porcelain figfure of a farmer holding a cockerel, known as ‘The Italian farmer’.
Traces of ‘patch marks’ to underside of base.
Date: c1765
Height : 7⅜” (18.7cm)
Condition : Cockerels head replaced and broken off again. Chips and losses to hat, end of stick and some flowers & leaves.
