Early 18th century Chinese export porcelain globular teapot & cover, decorated with underglaze blue, overglaze iron red and gilding, in ‘Imari’ style.
Date: circa 1730-40
Length overall: 6½” (16.5cm)
Condition : Restoration to a crack at the base of the handle and a chip on the top rim. Slight fritting to the knop & tip of spout.
