Description
18th century Chinese export porcelain small ‘baluster’ shaped, side handled chocolate pot & cover, decorated in ‘Imari’ style with lakeside scenes of pagodas, mountains etc, painted in underglaze blue, iron red & gilding.
Date: circa 1730-40
Height : 6⅛” (15.5cm)
Condition : Faint hairline (1″) from the rim. Small chip to inner rim of lid restored. Small chips to spout.
