Description
Late 18th century English soft paste porcelain part tea and coffee service, decorated with enamelled ‘French Sprigs’ and gilding.
Consisting of:
Barrel shape teapot and stand.
Two large saucer-dishes
Sucrier & cover
Cream jug
Eight saucers
Eight teabowls
Four coffee cups
(there are an additional four saucers and one teabowl, with minor faults, not shown in the photos)
Date: circa 1785-95
Condition : The teapot has a spiral body crack. overall condition is fine with just some wear to the gilding from use. No other damage and no restoration at all.
