Description
18th century Bow porcelain figure of a shepherd playing a recorder, his dog lying at his feet, standing on a pad base with applied flowers and small branches of bocage.
‘Anchor & Dagger’ mark in red, to underside of base.
Date: circa 1760-65
Height : 6″ (15cm)
Condition : Some restoration to: fingers, part of recorder, brim of hat (at back) some flowers on right hand side, some leaves on both sides.
