18th Century Worcester Fluted Sucrier & Cover.


Dr Wall or 1st Period Worcester Fluted Sucrier & Cover, decorated with gold husk swags and pendants, with flower and moulded leaf finial.

Date: circa 1775
Height : 4½” (11.5cm)
Condition : Very good, just minute chipping to the flower finial and some light wear to the gilding. No restoration.

* it is not unusual for white & gilt porcelain from this period to be unmarked. Underglaze blue marks were often only added when there is blue in the decoration or if produced for a specific order.
