If you choose payment by ‘Bank Transfer’ when you checkout the item/s will be held for you and we will contact you with payment information, you can use this method to secure an item while we discuss or arrange shipping estimates etc.
Shipping costs for most items are calculated at the ‘checkout’ page, many items have ‘free’ shipping.
SHIPPING
Most items can be shipped Worldwide, carefully packed and insured, at reasonable cost, multiple items can often be combined in one shipment and any excess shipping payment can be refunded, subject to size and weight limits. Free International Shipping is available for many items over £250 – Please Enquire.
Parcels are usually packed and sent within 3 days of order (depending on payment)
Most items are sent via Parcelforce Worldwide using ‘Global Priority’ , Fedex or UPS ( 7-10 days)
Small items worldwide are sent by Royal Mail ‘International Tracked’ or ‘Tracked & Signed’.
Most parcels within the UK are sent by Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’, ‘1st class Signed’ or UPS.
Some large or heavy items might not be available for international shipping, we reserve the right to refuse shipping, which may include cancellation of orders.
US IMPORT TARIFFS : The US Import Tariff for Antiques (over 100 years old) is paid in the UK at the time of shipping, for many items this can be INCLUDED in the price, please enquire regarding specific items.
DISCOUNT
Trade discount of at least 10% can be available to genuine trade and interior design buyers, this varies from item to item, the number of items, the total purchase price and any shipping arrangements.
GUARANTEE
All items displayed are authentic and guaranteed to have been made around the date shown, and to be in the condition stated.
Any item may be returned (in the condition purchased) within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied, for a full refund of the purchase price (not including return postage.)
LAYAWAY
We are happy to consider ‘layaway’ arrangements on most items. Timing & number of monthly payments to be agreed. Goods are not shipped until full payment has been received.
