English Porcelain Cupid & Dolphin Pen Holder

Description

Early 19th century English porcelain inkwell/pen holder group in the form of Cupid sitting astride a Dolphin, holding a Scallop Shell.
Decorated with matt enamel colours and gilding.
Date: circa 1820-30
Height : 5¼” (14cm)
Condition : Good overall condition, there are a couple of stress cracks to the dolphin (just near cupid’s knees) and a little surface wear. No restoration.
