Description

Pair of early 19th century Coalport porcelain oval sauce tureens with covers and stands, elaborately decorated with iron red and gilt scrolls and arabesque designs.
Date: circa 1810
Height : 6” (15.2cm)
Length of stands: 8⅛︎” (20.6cm)
Width of stands: 6⅜︎” (16cm)
Condition :  Very good, no damage or restoration at all. Some wear to gilding from use (see photos) *Small ‘factory chip’ on rim of one stand, manufacturing flaw, gilded over.
