Description

Early English pottery oval plaque with relief moulded scene of Bacchus, Venus, Ceres and Cupid, picked out in high temperature underglaze ‘Pratt type’ colours.
Date: circa 1800
Height : 7½” (18.5cm)
Width: 6½” (16.5cm)
Condition : Good, just a small bruise/hairline on the rim (see photos) No restoration.
