Description
A good quality 18th century Worcester Porcelain circular basket, made during the ‘Dr Wall’ or ‘1st Period’, decorated with polychrome European flowers and fine gilding against a ‘scale blue’ ground.
Square mark in underglaze blue.
Date: circa 1770
Diameter : 7⅜︎” (18.7cm)
Condition : Good, just 3 very faint cracks to the pierced side of the basket, they’re quite difficult to see, so they are marked on the photographs. Gilding is in excellent condition.
No restoration at all.
