A scarce early 19th century English Pearlware Figure of a ‘Liverpool Loyal Volunteer’.
Attributed to Liverpool Herculaneum.
Provenance: Labelled : ‘A gift from Dr Knowles Boney, July 1969’ (ex Jonathan Horne Antiques)
Date: circa 1804/5
Height : 8¼” (21cm)
Condition : Restoration to right arm, sword and neck, left foot detached and glued.
