Description

A Very decorative early 19th century English porcelain circular cosmetic box and cover, decorated with a hand painted scene of a couple at the roadside, the base with beaded bands and elaborate gilding and hand painted polychrome flowers to the underside.
Date: circa 1825
Diameter : 4” (10cm)
Condition : Good, just tow small chips on the rim of the base, typical wear from use & handling. (See photos)
