Description
A fine pair of 19th century Minton bone china figures of fruit and flower sellers, standing on circular bases before rococo moulded supports with candles sconces, profusley decorated with fine applied flowers, gilding and enamel colouring.
Date: circa 1835-40
Height : 9″ (22.5cm)
Condition : Female figure: In good overall condition with just a break through the column supporting the sconce, it has old restoration but does not show.
Male figure: Some old restoration to his right hand and to reattach the sconce which has been pinned for extra strength.
* Both figures have typical chips and small losses to some of the flowers & leaves.
