Description
A very unusual 19th century flat back / tableau ornament in the form of a small cottage, with picket fence and a tree. On a rectangular stepped plinth base with applied ‘lavender’ coloured embelishment and gilt line.
Model number or ‘tally’ mark ’31’ painted in gilt.
Date: c 1830-40

Length: 6″ (15cm)
Condition : Restored breaks and repairs, with additional glued break across end of base with associated chips.
