19th century Staffordshire pottery small figure of a gardener, holding a pot plant and the handle of a rake, standing on a mound base, with the impressed title ‘GARDENER‘ across the front.
* overall a bit scruffy but it’s a popular subject and the price reflects the condition..
Circa : 1830
Height : 6¼” (16cm)
Condition: Approximately two-thirds of the bocage is restored, also restoration to the rake handle, left forearm and the plant.
