1st/Dr Wall period Worcester porcelain large tea bowl & saucer, decorated with a variation of the ‘Scarlet Japan’ pattern, showing influences from Chinese & Japanese ceramics, finely painted panels of birds and flowering plants in ‘famille verte’ colours between orange ground panels painted with overglaze blue ‘mons’ & gilding.
