Unusual Chinese Imari Style Teapot.


A very unusual 18th century Chinese export porcelain teapot and cover, with square section spout & handle, decorated in typical ‘Chinese Imari’ style with underglaze blue, iron red & gilding.
Qianlong period.
Circa: 1740.

Height: 13.50cm (5.31 inches)
Depth:11.50cm (4.53 inches)
Condition: Restoration to the spout. Very faint, short hairline to the rim. Small chips to the footrim.
