Chinese Export Porcelain Teapot.


18th century Chinese export porcelain teapot & cover, painted in underglaze blue with panels of two Chinese ladies in a garden, one is holding a fan, the other a flower, the faces, hair and flowers all picked out in iron red and black enamels. Traces of original gilding to the knop and tip of spout.
Qianlong period 1736-95.
Circa : 1760
Height : 5¾” (14.5cm)
Length overall : 8″ (20cm)
Condition: Chip to rim of lid & tip of spout, crack to base of handle, star crack to body, near the spout. No restoration.
