Description
A good 18th century Derby porcelain large figure of Diana the Huntress, holding a bow in her left hand and reaching for an arrow from the quiver over her right shoulder, she stands on a raised mound base decorated with fine applied flowers & a hound lying at her feet.
Traces of ‘patch marks’ to underside of base.
Circa 1760-65
Height : 11″ (28cm)
Condition : A little professional restoration to : Right arm break, tips of feathers, dog’s ear, chips & small losses to some leaves. Typical ‘firing crack’ to underside of base.
* With hand made replacement bow.
